Some of my favourite evenings happen away from a classroom kitchen — in the home, apartment or villa where you and your group are staying. Maria and I arrive, cook, and serve a Basque meal built around what you love, so no one has to leave the table.
Over the years I have cooked private dinners for couples, groups of friends and families — for groups of up to 14 — and for the occasions people travel for: anniversaries, honeymoons and birthdays. We plan the menu together beforehand, work around allergies and dietary needs, and shop the market that morning for what is freshest.
Prefer to be in the heart of it? We can also host you at a Basque gastronomic society, the private cooking clubs that most visitors never get to step inside.
Every service is different, so pricing is on request. Tell me your dates, where you are staying and how many you are, and I will reply personally with a proposal made for your group.
